Welcome to the Album Order Form! We just have a few more steps and then your album will begin production! I have a few options for you to choose from below. After filling out this form, pull up your online gallery of your wedding images, and click the heart button on an image to create a new favorites list. You’ll name this ALBUM IMAGES, and any images included in this favorites gallery will be used in the album! If you only want those images used, select the box below. Or if you’d like me to use other additional images in the album, select that option. If you have specific images you’d love to be used for the cover, list those file names below. (You can find the file name in the gallery by clicking on the image to make it larger and the file name will be in small print below the image.)

Once the album has finished the first stage of production, I will email you a Proof Link from Artifact Uprising, and you’ll be able to scroll through and see all of the spreads! And from there, if you’d like to make any changes we can do so.
