Wedding Day Timeline

It's almost show time! Which means we need to lay out all of the plans to make sure you don't have to worry about a single thing during your wedding day. If you have a wedding planner, feel free to skip any questions you've already answered with them, and make sure they get in touch with me about photo times. The questions below will give me a good idea about what to expect on the day of, and will help me lay out the best possible plan for all of the portrait session times. One of my favorite moments with a bride and groom is that big sigh of relief right after the ceremony. All of the planning and stress is for that feeling - - when you two are happily married and you get to jump up and down, show off your new bling, and celebrate with everyone you love!

So again, take your time on answering and let me know if there's anything you need! Feel free to call or text if you get stumped on one of the questions. 205.807.2269.

Three cheers for you & true love!

Here we go!

When do you plan on seeing each other on your wedding day?
You may have always dreamed of that big aisle moment being the first time you both see each other. Or maybe you'd like to have a romantic first look moment beforehand to calm your nerves. There are several different options, so if you're on the fence, we can go over the pros and cons of each!
Include addresses, if different than the ceremony location.
Ceremony Start Time
Ceremony Start Time
This is typically when family photos take place so it's helpful to know how much time we will have.
If so, what are you doing? Sparklers, streamers, confetti, bird seed? If you're not having a formal exit, would you like to set a time for us to leave the reception so you have more coverage at the start of the day?
How do you feel about dancing?
Are you having a sit down meal, just snacks, or something different?
We can always do some before and the majority afterwards, depending on the layout of the day.
I will print this list and bring it with me on your wedding day to make sure we get all of the necessary group photos during the formal family photo time. If you don't have this list ready let, just make sure I get it no later than one week prior to the wedding day!
First look with dad? A moment with mom? Letters or gifts for each other? Prayers before the ceremony? Things like that.
How are you feeling about the rest of planning?
Hopefully you get to put your phone down and let someone else take the wheel! Who else knows what's happening in case a need arises?
